To be eligible for a scholarship, the applicant must meet both of the following criteria: 1) live with the team member who is providing the applicant with the majority of their financial support. If the applicant does not live with the team member, the team member will need to provide documentation* that they do provide the majority of the applicant’s financial support; AND 2) applicant must be related to the team member in one of the following ways: natural born child, legally adopted child, stepchild, or the team member is the legal guardian of the applicant. In cases of legal adoption, legal guardianship, and stepchild relationships, legal documentation** will be required to verify eligibility.

** Types of documentation may include a child support order or other court document, benefits confirmation statement, tax form, etc.
NOTE: Individuals who apply for more than one of the scholarships listed above can only be chosen as a recipient for one of them.
