Brainerd, Minn. – The Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation welcomes Heidi Wright to the team as the Director of Donor Relations. Wright comes to the Community Foundation with many years of experience in the field of Education. Heidi worked as a teacher, a school Principal and most recently, a Head of School, with strengths in communication, event planning, curriculum development, donor engagement, marketing, enrollment, team building and more. Heidi is very purpose-driven and is excited to partner with donors to ensure the greatest impact in the Brainerd Lakes area. Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Bethel University, along with a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Heidi and her husband Nathan have four adult children and enjoy family time, music, and the outdoors.

I am extremely excited for her to help engage donors, connect resources to identified needs, and help further build community in the Lakes Area.
