Kathy Grochow Named Director of Community Programs

St. Cloud, Minn. – CommunityGiving and the Central Minnesota Community Foundation (CMCF) are pleased to announce Kathy Grochow as the new Director of Community Programs for the organization.  Grochow was a Senior Development Officer at the College of St. Benedict and has over 18 years of experience in philanthropy.  She received her undergraduate in Business Administration Management from the University of Minnesota-Mankato and her master’s degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University in St. Paul.

As Director of Community Programs, Kathy will oversee all CommunityGiving programmatic work which includes oversight of the Grant and Scholarship processes. In this role, Kathy will support each affiliate community foundation’s programmatic work by identifying community opportunities, collaborating with local staff, organizations and volunteers, and building awareness and participation to impact the broader community. Kathy will focus a major part of her time leading the programmatic efforts of the Central Minnesota Community Foundation.  In this role she will continue to work with the Community Pillars, lead the community programs committee and assist with other community initiatives.
