The purpose of the ROCORI Area Community Foundation Community Builder Fund is to provide grants for projects or initiatives that will build our communities by bringing about lasting, positive change to the ROCORI area. It serves the cities of Rockville, Cold Spring, and Richmond; including an approximate 5 mile radius around each city.
