For 55 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Minnesota has been an important part of the Central Minnesota community, and with your help, the agency will help defend the potential of kids long into the future. BBBS is securing commitments to build the $10 million For Kids, Forever Endowment to insure our current operations and enable us to adapt and grow. Building a $10 million endowment will bring in critical dollars to fund our mission in the future.
A $10 million endowment means a $400,000 draw off interest earned each year. Those funds will help BBBS create a stronger presence in our more rural communities, and also dig deeper into larger communities we currently serve such as St. Cloud, Elk River, and Monticello. The vision of expanding our reach also means implementing creative initiatives developed by BBBS leadership to be more responsive to the equity and inclusion needs of our diverse community.
