Tom Keating was a charismatic, gifted teacher residing in Foley. He was the Minnesota 2004 Teacher of the Year and taught at an alternative learning program in Monticello. Tragically, Tom was killed on an icy rural road in January 2006. His family began fundraising to create a scholarship for one Foley High School student and one Turning Point Alternative Program student. They were able to work with CommunityGiving and the Foley Area Community Foundation to make that happen.
For listings of competitive grant opportunities, please visit the grant page and search for grants which may apply to your organization. Specific criteria, grant guidelines and grant application forms are provided for each grant opportunity.
