Farmington Community Foundation

The Farmington Community Foundation was established to help strengthen the core fiber of the Farmington community through fund raising and collaboration with local key partners and organizations.

The focus areas of the Farmington Community Foundation are as follows:

  • Education: Support Farmington area schools and lifelong learning services.
  • Youth & Family: Support youth and family initiatives that provide activities for youth in our community.
  • Elderly & Active Older Adults: Support efforts to make our community better for older adults including mobility, services, activities and more.
  • Housing & Food Security: Support efforts to strengthen the community's housing and food security.
  • Safety & Security: Supporting safety and security efforts across the community including support for the police department, fire department, EMS services, and Military and National Guard.

History

The Farmington Community Foundation was established in December of 2022 with the founding gift being made by Minnwest Bank.
