Harold and Jeanette Anderson’s simple beginnings continue to motivate their children, Rollie, Jim and Barb, to help others. The Andersons believe that financial blessings are not theirs to keep but theirs to share.

Harold, with the support of his wife, Jeanette, built a very successful company in the heart of Minnesota, a place the Andersons discovered was rich with hard-working, ethical people. Today, Anderson Trucking employs over one thousand people throughout the country, and these employees are encouraged to give back to the community in numerous ways.

The Anderson family has given generously to many causes in the St. Cloud area and beyond, establishing a number of funds at the Foundation to help them accomplish their charitable goals. The family cites church as a top priority for their giving. In addition, they support various charities, including educational resources such as Bethel University, Trinity International University, St. Cloud State University, the Anderson Center and St. Cloud Christian School. Other local charities include CentraCare Health Foundation, Salvation Army, Boy Scouts, the March of Dimes, Youth for Christ and Big Brothers/Big Sisters, just to name a few.

The peaks of a addition to the Calvary Community Church stand on the corner of Roosevelt Road and Cooper Avenue South in St. Cloud. A dream of Harold’s long before his passing in 2001, the new worship facility will commemorate his and Jeanette’s generous spirit for years to come. Even more important are the living examples of what Harold and Jeanette have given, their three children Rollie, Jim and Barb. The Anderson siblings are intentional about passing on the values they were taught so that their parents’ philanthropic legacy will continue through six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
