When three Duininck brothers founded a road construction business, they demonstrated a strong work ethic and were grounded in their faith and a commitment to serve others. A second generation joined the business and exemplified the same, while expanding the business and raising a third generation of Duininck entrepreneurs.

Today, the fourth-generation families are beginning to engage in understanding the business, which is now an expanded portfolio, but the original ideals have not waivered. “Two of our core family values are generosity and stewardship. These are deeply aligned with our commitment to giving. We believe that a business can be a powerful platform to do good in the world,” shares Trevor Duininck, CEO of Duininck Companies.

A hallmark of Duininck Companies is the diligent modeling of servant leadership, strong business acumen and mentorship of the next generation.

“The previous generations showed us how to get our eyes up off ourselves and onto others and to know the joy of living generously. It is our intention to bring the fourth and fifth generation into the business and these beliefs,” notes Jeremy Duininck, Chief Culture Officer.
