Thank you for your interest in purchasing a fence picket
at the Willmar Destination Playground. Picket sales are now closed!
Please carefully read and complete the form below, making sure your picket wording is spelled correctly, is within the space limits and does not use any restricted characters. Pickets will be ordered on a first come first serve basis until sold out or January 15, 2025 whichever comes first. Since weather, product availability and shipping all impact installation, we anticipate all new pickets will be installed in the spring of 2025. (Watch the Destination Playground Facebook page for updates on installation.) Pickets will be installed in the order they are received. Effort will be made to install pickets ordered on a single order together (i.e. four pickets ordered at the same time will be installed next to one another) but we cannot connect separately placed orders together. It’s part of the fun to ‘hunt’ for your pickets anyway! The vast majority of new fence pickets will be placed on the exterior perimeter of the playground from the northeast corner and running along the entire south and southwest section, with a smaller allotment installed inside the playground. We will not install on the north perimeter at this time. The blank pickets at the playground now will be removed and new engraved pickets will replace them for this order.
Please type your picket exactly as you wish it to be engraved. What you type is what will be ordered and spelling errors are the responsibility of the person purchasing the picket. If an error is found that is from the original order form, you will need to purchase an additional replacement picket at full price next year to correct it. There is no option to ‘upgrade’ an existing engraved picket, only purchase new ones to be installed as described above. The Destination Playground Executive Committee reserves the right to reject any picket engraving containing inappropriate language and will not refund that purchase so please choose wisely.
