St. Cloud, Minn. – CommunityGiving is pleased to announce Christine Frank as the new Operations and Human Resources Manager for the organization. Christine earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and has a master of arts in management from the College of St. Scholastica. She has experience in the retail and healthcare industries, specifically operations, finance, public relations, staff development and management. Christine is from Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.
