***The Women’s Fund of the Central Minnesota Community Foundation is excited to announce that we are back with local dance celebrities who will be performing in a hybrid event for the 2021 Dancing with Our Stars Live! Our current plan is to stream from Saint John's University where our dancers will be performing on June 14, 2021. ***

The Women's Fund of Central Minnesota Community Foundation would like to cordially invite you to attend the fundraising event of the year! This year's event will feature a dance competition between five local celebrities who have been paired with a professional partner to face off for the chance to win up to $15,000 for the non-profit program/organization of their choice that supports women and girls! This is a do-not-miss event!

RESULTS from DWOS 2021

  • Community Star, Ryan Cross from BCI Construction, along with pro Rachel Trout, danced to benefit Anna Marie's Alliance. They raised $101,434.17 and took home 1st place prize of $15,000 for a grand total of $116,434.17 awarded.
  • Community Star, CeCe Terlouw from Terebinth Refuge, along with pro Jerome Akubue, danced to benefit Terebinth Refuge They raised $39,949.99 and took home 2nd place prize of $10,000 for a total of $49,949.99 awarded. They also took home the Judges’ Choice award adding an additional $3,000, bringing their grand total to $52,949.99.
  • Community Star, Clare Richards from Vye, along with pro Matthias Meyer, danced to benefit Central MN Child Advocacy Center. They raised $33,480.12 and took home 3rd place prize of $5,000 for a grand total of $38,480.12 awarded.
  • Community Star, Matt Parks, a Registered Nurse working in home care, along with pro Janell Missler, danced to benefit St. Cloud StandDown, Lady Veterans Boutique. They raised $24,055.36 and took home 4th place prize of $2,000 for a grand total of $26,055.36 awarded.
  • Community Star, Kim Miller Swenson from Rejuv Medical, along with pro Scarlette Revolver, danced to benefit St. Cloud Pride Community Education Panels & Youth Scholarships. They raised $7,883.46 and took home 5th place prize of $2,000 for a grand total of $9,883.46 awarded.


HERE'S HOW THE CONTEST IS GOING TO WORK.....

The winner is going to be based upon their score from the judges as well as how many dollars they raise for their charity. 40% on judges score and 60% on dollars raised. All the dollars raised will go directly to the organization.

1st Place - $15,000
2nd Place - $10,000
3rd Place - $5,000
4th-5th Place - $2,000

Fundraising has started and will continue up until the event. There will be opportunities to donate to the dancer/charity of your choice the night of the event. All dollars will be counted and the winner will be announced at the end of the evening.
