| Grant Applications Due by October 28th |
| St. Cloud, Minn. – The Central Minnesota Community Foundation (CMCF) announced today the Central Minnesota Special Needs Fund is now accepting grant applications. This is a new grant round for CMCF. The Central Minnesota Special Needs grants will support programming that serves those with complex intellectual and physical disabilities. Application deadline for this grant round is October 28, 2019. Eligible organizations must be 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations, schools or governmental entities. The grant must serve the residents of Benton, Stearns or Sherburne counties or the communities of Kimball or Watkins. Kathy Grochow, Director of Community Programs for Central Minnesota Community Foundation, stated, “We are pleased to have the opportunity through this fund to support the unique needs of individuals living in our communities.” The Central Minnesota Community Foundation (CMCF) attracts and administers charitable funds for the benefit of the local community. Since 1985, CMCF has grown to over $105.9 million in assets and awarded over $100.5 million in grants to non-profits.
