St. Cloud, Minn. – The Central Minnesota Community Foundation (CMCF) is welcoming three new members to its Board of Directors. Hailey Hollenhorst, Chad Roggeman and John Waletzko will each serve a three-year term on the board, beginning July 2024.
Hailey Hollenhorst is a Financial Advisor at Midwest Financial Partners (MFP) in St. Cloud. She graduated from ROCORI in Cold Spring, then attended Gustavus Adolphus College, graduating magna cum laude with a double major in economics and political science. After Gustavus, she attended Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree in 2010. Hailey practiced law for 7 years in Minnesota and Arizona before joining MFP. Other community involvement over the past 10+ years has included serving on the Central MN Habitat for Humanity Board for 6+ years, including a 2-year term as President, as well as being a current member of the Cathedral Education Foundation Board of Trustees. Hailey and her husband own the Gnarly Bard Theater in downtown St. Cloud, and her other free time is mostly spent running, on the lake, or cheering on the MN United Loons.
Chad Roggeman is an estate planning attorney in private practice with the law firm RGP Law Ltd (formerly known as Rajkowski Hansmeier, Ltd.). Chad has been a member of the community foundation’s professional advisor council for over eighteen years and was a founder of its Emerging Leader’s Forum. He is a former chair of the CentraCare Foundation Board of Directors and board officer for Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity. He is currently a member of the board of directors for District 742 Local Education & Activities Foundation (LEAF). He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and William Mitchell College of Law. Chad and his wife Paula have four children, all of whom are Tech High School graduates, and reside in St. Cloud with their golden retriever Milo.
John Waletzko is the president of Bradbury Stamm Construction. Formerly Winkelman building corporation. As a lifelong St. Cloud resident John is happy to lead a 55-year-old local company and contribute to local initiatives. Before he began his career with Bradbury, he was a graduate of Cathedral High School and received his construction management degree from St. Cloud State University where he continues to be active in the construction management program through their advisory board. He was also awarded their Notable Alumni designation in 2022. Since he began his career with Bradbury Stamm 12 years ago, he along with his team have had the opportunity to lead many great local projects ranging from local schools to municipal projects, to business expansions, housing campuses and grocery stores. John was recognized in 2023 by the University of Minnesota and Harvard Business School’s Young American Leaders program. John was also recognized as being one of St. Cloud’s 5 under 40 in 2023.
The CMCF Board of Directors guides the organization in the mission to engage people, connect resources and build community. Other board members include:
