St. Cloud, Minn. – The Central Minnesota Community Foundation (CMCF) is welcoming four new members to its Board of Directors. Troy Cameron, Jean Didier, Patrick Plamann and Molly Weyrens will each serve a three-year term on the board, beginning July 2025.

Troy Cameron – Falcon National Bank
Troy Cameron brings over 34 years of experience in banking and a lifelong commitment to community service. Originally from Crookston, MN, Troy grew up working on his family’s farm before earning a Finance degree with a minor in Economics from the University of North Dakota. In 1992, he and his wife, Anne, made Sartell their home, where they raised four children and now enjoy time with their growing family, including four grandchildren.
As Market President at Falcon National Bank, Troy finds deep fulfillment in helping individuals and businesses reach their financial goals. His career has spanned a variety of leadership roles, always with a focus on building strong relationships and supporting local growth.
Troy is an active member of the community, having served with numerous organizations such as local Chambers of Commerce, Lions Club, United Way, Central MN Boy Scouts, and youth hockey programs. Outside of work, he enjoys time at the lake with family, golfing, and riding his Harley.

Jean Didier – Attorney/College Professor-Retired
Jean Didier practiced commercial and contract law from 1978 until she retired from the firm of Hughes, Mathews & Didier in 1998. She subsequently taught legal studies in the business departments of St. Cloud State University, and eventually the College of Saint Benedict/Saint Johns University, until she retired as associate professor in 2018. In the course of her tenure at CSB/SJU, Didier led student semesters abroad in London, UK and Beibei, China. Jean’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School and a BA degree from Marquette University College of Liberal Arts. Her undergraduate studies included an academic year at Loyola University of Chicago’s Rome Center for the Liberal Arts, Rome Italy, and summer terms at Notre Dame University in Notre Dame Indiana and archaeological site surveying in Western Colorado.
Jean has served as Chair of the Stearns County History Museum Board (aka Stearns County Historical Society), of the Board of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud and on the Charter Commission of St Cloud. She has membership and leadership roles in other non-profit and service organizations in the St. Cloud area.
Jean lives in rural Albany, MN, approximately 10 miles from the farms where her grandparents grew up, with her husband, Neil Franz. She is the proud parent and grandparent of two daughters and their families.

Patrick Plamann – Schlenner Wenner & Co.
What was once an interest in working with numbers has now grown into an enjoyment of working with people for Pat Plamann. He brings a wealth of experience to the table, including a master’s degree in business taxation from the University of Minnesota. Pat believes that listening to what the clients want and understanding their needs, along with the “work hard, laugh hard” attitude of the employees, are keys to Schlenner Wenner & Co.’s successful service. He extends his attitude of service to involvement in his church and in the community with organizations like the St. Cloud Rotary, United Way and Catholic Charities.

Molly Weyrens – Christ Our Light
Molly grew up in St. Cloud and was strongly influenced by her parents’ community involvement. She is currently serving as the Pastoral Associate at Christ Our Light Catholic Church in Princeton, MN. Her ministry areas are pastoral care and social concerns. Her work history has included; Campus Minister at the College of St. Scholastica, High School Theology Teacher at Rochester Lourdes and Youth Minister at the Church of St. Joseph in St. Joseph, MN. She lives in St. Cloud and is involved in working with area churches to address homelessness in St. Cloud and the area. For leisure she loves to paddle in the BWCA, golf, run on trails, bike and read. She has always admired the work of CMCF and looks forward to her time as a Board Member.
