Call for Nominations: Paynesville Area Community Foundation Awards in Philanthropy

Paynesville, Minn. – The Paynesville Area Community Foundation (PACF) is delighted to invite nominations for their annual Awards in Philanthropy. These esteemed awards recognizes individuals and companies that have made remarkable contributions to philanthropy within the Paynesville area. Whether through personal generosity, volunteerism, or professional expertise in guiding others toward philanthropic initiatives, nominees should embody a spirit of dedication and positive impact on our community.

Nominations for the 2025 Award in Philanthropy are now open and will be accepted until May 8, 2025. We encourage community members to nominate deserving individuals, couples or businesses whose philanthropic efforts have made a significant difference in the Paynesville area. Last year, the PACF honored the philanthropic efforts of Joe Voss, Wally Thyen and the Paynesville Press. Their outstanding contributions have set a strong example of generosity in our community.

The Paynesville Area Community Foundation (PACF) attracts and administers charitable funds for the benefit of the local community. Since 2008, PACF grown to over $7.3 million in assets and awarded over $1.2 million in grants to the community.  The PACF is governed by a local board and is a partner foundation of CommunityGiving, a network of community foundations united to create efficiencies that maximize the impact of donors.
