It’s a question I asked myself, as I understood the value and importance of building and living in community. As we’ve previously discussed this is most certainly true as we presently face this world wide pandemic.

Carvery County, Minn. – The Community Foundation for Carver County (CFCC) announced today that they have awarded $22,500 in grants to support COVID-19 relief efforts from the Carver County Response Fund. Six local organizations will be receiving grant funding.

Carver County, Minn. – The Community Foundation for Carver County (CFCC) is pleased to announce that they, in partnership with CommunityGiving, have recently received a grant of $17,100 through the Minnesota Disaster Recovery Fund (MDRF) for coronavirus relief. This funding, along with contributions to the Carver County Response Fund, will be used to support local relief efforts from the COVID-19 pandemic which will include wide-scale initiatives to help meet critical basic needs as well as sustaining local organizations providing critical services through recovery.
