Brainerd, Minn. – The Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation (BLACF) announces that Wendy Roy, former Executive Director of the Grand Rapids Area Community Foundation, has been hired as a strategic philanthropic consultant to work with BLACF upon the resignation of Bill Brekken as Director of the local Foundation.
