Each cohort is around 22 participants.

Tuition is $1250 which includes all assessments and personal leadership coaching.

There are scholarships available.

*Please note: many organizations recognize the value of investing in their employees’ growth and offer professional development funds which can cover the cost. Limited scholarships are also available.

We understand that life events happen. Please be cognizant that you are making a commitment to your employer, yourself, and to your fellow participants to be present.

Jennifer Fuller, consultant and owner of iX2 Consulting  leads the leadership portion of the program. Other leaders throughout the community contribute to the community portion.

We know leaders are busy, that is why most of your time commitment is the sessions themselves. There is approximately 3 hours of time that takes place late fall prior to the program start in January as well as approximately 5 hours throughout the rest of the year as participants develop their personal leadership roadmaps.

Current and emerging leaders from nonprofit organizations, businesses, schools, and churches, as well as city employees, retirees, and community volunteers are all amazing candidates for Leadership Tomorrow.
