2022 Swing into Summer Grant Contest

Welcome to the Central Minnesota Community Foundation’s Swing into Summer Grant Contest! This contest focuses on building projects or programs that support youth activities or youth education within a 30-mile radius of St. Cloud, MN. Three nonprofits have been selected as finalists for the contest. Now we need your help to vote for your favorite of the three. Each of the three share below, in their videos, why their program should receive a $2,000 grant.

1) CONNECTABILITY

ConnectAbility is looking to raise funds for it’s Super Strikers program which allows youth with disabilities an accessible and adaptable environment to play and interact with others. Learn more by watching the video below.

2) QUIET OAKS

Quiet Oaks is seeking support for its Stronger by Nature program. It is a 1-year grief support program for youth who are struggling with the death of a loved one. This is a new initiative, in coordination with Quiet Oaks Residential Hospice House (501c3) and we hope to fund this grief support for a second group of young people navigating grief. 3) YMCA

YMCA’s Summer Adventure camp is gearing up for the season and the YMCA is looking to raise funds to support the program. Jenna and Natasha are here to give you a sneak peek at some of the fun, educational projects at Summer Adventure Camp! Watch the video below to learn more about how they incorporate the STEM projects in camp.
