BLACF Board of Directors
The Board of Directors conducts marketing and development activities and makes grant decisions. All members are volunteers and serve a three year term that can be renewed twice. They are extraordinarily committed to building a strong community and we are grateful for the time and effort they give to the Foundation and our community.
