People from the Virginia, MN area (and across the nation) donated $1.1 million to resurrect the Olcott Park Fountain. Paul Monacelli was an integral part of that process. His widow, Debbie, established this Fund to honor Paul for his past efforts at rehabilitating the Fountain. The earnings from this investment ensures the Foundation is able to award grants to maintain the Fountain for all to enjoy.
